Welcome to Royal Trails

The Royal Trails Subdivision is located in northeast Lake County and lies along the northwest side of State Road 44. Royal Trails is a deed restricted community of homes on not less than 1 acre of property. We enjoy abundant wildlife including deer, bears, turkey and Bobcats. We have deeded access to private Lake Norris. The 3,660-acre Lake Norris Conservation Area was purchased to protect the extensive hardwood swamp that lies on the western shore of the lake and the shoreline of Black Water Creek, a major tributary of the Wekiva River. Lake Norris is a spectacular darkwater lake that supports an impressive number of osprey.

POA Gate Access (Community Center, Lake, Common Properties)
In order to increase the accessibility and management of the POA common properties, we have removed the keyed locks and installed combo locks at the gates for access. This allows us to easily provide access to the POA membership and not require finding and managing keys. It also allows us to update the combination on a regular cycle. The combination are available on the RTPOA Owner Portal or via request to the board (bod@royaltrails.com).

Annual Assessments

Our annual assessment for 2023-2024 was set in July at $65 and is due prior to October 1st, 2023.
