Royal Trails POA – Estoppel Request
Estoppel requests are to be submitted to our Property Management company through their request portal at (signup to manage and track requests):
Estoppel Fees:
- Estoppel Request – $250 for non-delinquent accounts, $400 for delinquent accounts (Allowable Florida Statute Fees)
- Estoppel Rush Processing – $100
- Transfer Fee – $150
