Royal Trails Property Owners enjoy deeded access to private Lake Norris. Lake Norris is an undeveloped fresh-water lake in Lake County Florida. It has an area of almost 1,200 acres. The 3,660-acre Lake Norris Conservation Area was purchased to protect the extensive hardwood swamp that lies on the western shore of the lake and the shoreline of Black Water Creek, a major tributary of the Wekiva River. Lake Norris is a spectacular dark water lake that supports an impressive number of ospreys.
Entrance to our dock is located on Maggie Jones Rd roughly 4 miles west of Maggie Jones Road and Royal Trails Road, just past the bridge. If you are a property owner in Royal Trails and would like a key to the gate call 352-483-2740.
